The renovation work on the church in Neubärental are now complete. After having met in February 2006, the new roof, the work dragged out longer because of the cracks in the building. Once the foundations strengthened to the sacristy and the cracks were connected, had to wait thoroughly that the movements of the building may have come to a standstill. After the now seems to be the case, could the remaining work to be done. First, the damaged areas were newly plastered and painted. In addition, the dilapidated wooden sacristy window was replaced. The last of the trades were now in November in the interior of a restorer and the cracks in the choir room and closed the frescoes on the occasion of Walter Kohler thoroughly cleaned and colored it back to its original condition. A closer look at the pictures is worth it: clear plastic stand again from the figures, is much more nuanced play of colors. The most noticeable change is certainly the gray color of the ceiling in the choir room. After the restoration is the result of the original condition, the blue color came from the choir to cover later and was also painted over several times and sometimes inappropriately or repaired.
